The game will perform a first-time install to the HDD, with a size of 3566 MB.
The entire campaign and side missions are playable offline.
The game has multiple online-only components that are unavailable offline, such as Team Affiliation, Changing Parts Performance or Distributing Parts, and Versus or Co-Op Play. AC customization and the entire game is still playable however, and none of those online-only components affect the core game.
Trophies are obtainable, except online-only ones.
The framerate is unstable. It will always hover below 30 fps, and sometimes drop to near single digits when certain explosions occur.
Some pop-in was noticeable on buildings that were relatively close to the player, as well in some cutscenes, but nothing major.

In summary, aside from the performance issues and some online-only content, the game is fully playable and complete on disc.

Notes: The latest patch is an EOL patch, notifying the player that the online servers have been shutdown. Updating the game to the latest version will only make Versus Play unplayable offline, as all other previously online-only content is now shut down.
