Restarting the same chapter from home screen results in a black screen. Switching chapters fixes it but the option to return to home screen can be absent so game restart would be required. Bug found in chapters 2, 3, 4, and DLC.
Restarting chapter 6 especially results in the black screen carrying over to home screen. Game restart is required.
Restarting game from a black screen didn't let us get past the "Press Anywhere to Start" home screen text. Restarting game again fixed it. Occurred once.
