Played the base game and DLC. I didn’t complete all the chalice dungeons.

Experienced one crash after dying to the living failures boss.

Saw some dead enemies clip through the floor.

Encountered one instance of the sound cutting out briefly.

After defeating Mergo’s wet nurse the game took a while to confirm the boss was death.

Observed several minor graphical bugs throughout the game like the odd flickering texture or pop-in.

Still a pretty solid build overall.
