A single update with a size of 78mb is available, but the full game is playable offline from disc.

The game runs at a resolution of 1024x640, with a 30 fps target.
Trophies unlock correctly and are obtainable, except online-only trophies.
"Bodycount" mode levels unlock correctly.
Multiplayer co-op mode is online only, and there is no split-screen mode.
Frequent drops in framerate and slowdowns occur, and the game has a noticeable amount of input lag.
Audio cracking was noticeable in some intensive scenes.
Sometimes, the game will go into a loading screen when respawning the player after death, rather than respawning instantly like it's supposed to. Can be a bit annoying, but not a big issue.
The enemy AI is a bit buggy: enemies might not do their scripted animations during in-game cutscenes, enemies might spawn behind the player's back out of nowhere, and enemies may sometimes kill the player through non-destructive, impenetrable walls. Due to this, gameplay might sometimes be frustrating.
Pre-rendered cutscenes might buffer while playing, leading to momentarily choppy playback.
The CQB.45 handgun will sometimes present a bug where the ammo counter in the HUD will not display correctly: only the lower half of the ammo counter will be displayed.
Sometimes, the weapon the player is holding might take a second to appear after respawning.
No further issues found.
Playthrough completed in normal mode.

Overall, the game is playable (by 7th gen standards) and complete on disc.

Notes: The available update changes some in-game scripted cutscenes, and the color of airstrike indicators on the floor. It does not address any performance issues.
