Version 2.6.2.52309 on cart.
Various patches have been released since the original build. This cartridge build outlines the various patches included and provides descriptions for the following versions: 2.1.0, 2.1.2, 2.2.0, 2.3.0, 2.4.0, 2.5.0 and lastly, the aforementioned 2.6.0. Anything released after this point will NOT be on the cartridge. It appears based on patch notes, there are patches up to version 2.7.7.

Completed the main campaign, which includes beating all 5 acts, additionally a few side missions were completed. Keep in mind, to 100% this game, it will require potentially up to 150 hours or more, which was not done for this test.

The build mostly contains only minor issues, but one big problem is present as well.

Necromancer has a broken skill tree: Curses. These skills will only work for 10 minutes of gameplay then stop working until the game is reset.

This issue only affects the necromancer class. It is not a significant issue on lower difficulties, but can be problematic on higher difficulties. There are builds available for the necromancer, that make it useable without the curse skills.

There was some pop-in throughout the playthrough. This did not affect gameplay however.

There was some stutter during certain cutscenes, but this is something that can be easily overlooked.

Framerates are consistent and stable during gameplay. This game was tested with two player co-op and single player. No issues were noticed with the games framerates with an additional player on screen. When in co-op mode, we played docked, and while in single player, handheld. Both methods played extremely well. Test was done on a single console, no local co-op was tested with multiple Nintendo Switch consoles.

DLC is also included on cart which includes the “Rise of the Necromancer” and “Reaper of the Souls”. The “Reaper of the Souls” DLC adds the additional 5th act on the game. Additionally to this 5th act, the game adds additional character class and adventure mode, which are all on the cartridge. The “Rise of the Necromancer” adds an additional character class and challenge rifts. Challenge rifts were not tested, but a message populates on the Game Setting screen that indicates that the Challenge Rifts are on cart, they just need to be unlocked.

Another thing tested was the Ganon Gear exclusive to switch release, and it is also on cart.
