Tested by DoesItPlay on Base PS5
- Quick Play is the ONLY main mode you can play offline. Career, Challenges, Quests, and Custom Golfers all require internet to access.
- Quick Play allows you to play 9 modes, with any pro golfer on any of the 30 courses in the game.
- You can play with up to 4 players locally, with CPU players, or completely alone.
- Main Menu UI has different fonts and missing background elements in the disc build. The menu narrator's voice lines also have a tendency to overlap on each other.
- There is a perfomance mode on disc but all it seems to do is drop the resolution down to 1080p while still keeping the game capped to 30FPS, even with 120Hz support enabled in the system settings. The game already runs at a solid 30FPS without the perfomance mode.
- The game suffers from some noticable pop in when there are big camera cuts. and there is some occasional minor lighting bugs.
- Trophies only properly install if you are on a PSN account, meaning you can't earn any trophies on a local account (Most trophies are online only anyways).
