Comments:

Kinda weird one on the first playthrough we encountered some strange issues. All shadows were disabled, the zapper wouldn't unlock and was unusable. We were spawned in random locations around the level every time we closed the game in an attempt to fix the issue and eventually we came to an area that didn't load in properly. The only way to fix this issue was to erase the save file and start from scratch – after starting a fresh save these issues were fixed.

On the second file we were able to finish the game with minor issues.

1) During cutscense the pc prompt tab-options appears in the bottom left corner.
2) In the Reiner institute the second floor shadows are bugged.
3) There are some flickering textures – the most notable one is the scorcher weapons hose.
4) Audio some times desyncs in cutscense had and had a couple times subtitles would not appear even though they were enabled.
5) The gatling weapons' audio is bugged, also the weapons projectiles are bugged and will shoot in random directions, making the weapon hard to use.
6) There is a section with two ranged enemies on a balcony that you must defeat to progress. One of these enemies bugged and stopped attacking and also couldn't be killed. Returning to the main menu fixed this issue.
7) Had a few times that enemies fell through the map and making it impossible to progress. Returning to the main menu fixed this issue.
8) There is a room in the bank near the end of the game that has several invisible objects.
9) The last bosses' hair physics freak out during attacks.

On a second playthrough we noticed the following issues:
Many visual bugs found through the game. Such bugs include flickering of objects in the environment, pop in of objects, invisible objects that inhibit movement, wall texture not aligned properly, no aura on gold and collectible pickups, very bright floors inside certain buildings. Several cutscenes had a TAB-Options displayed on the corner of the screen. A few audio bugs were found that caused sounds to either not play or have a loud sudden noise after a cutscene. Several physics bugs were observed including the climbing chain behaving improperly and the final bosses hair having massive stretching. A few abilities had bugs that caused them to not function properly. This included the crippling rod not stunning an enemy and the Gatling gun shooting sideways. Some cutscenes had audio sync issues or didn’t display subtitles. A few areas in the second half had bad frame rate issues for a few seconds in performance mode. Observed several bugs with enemies including health bar disappearing and unable to be melee’d, enemies AI breaking and standing still, enemies getting stuck in spawn points and flashing enemies unable to be executed. Observed a bug a few times where the player character stood still instead of doing the execution animation. Observed a bug where you have to blow up a nest with an explosive but the explosive got stuck in air and had to be shot to complete the objective. Observed a bug where a Gatling gun enemy stopped shooting completely and an explosive had to be used to kill them.
