Entire campaign is playable OFFLINE. Featured modes: Arcade Editor. Also has colorblind settings.
Sometimes the red dot sight takes a few seconds to appear. Had voice sync issues in 1 cutscene.
If Jacob's final mission does not trigger, play some character side quests in that region & it should trigger. Recommend backing up your save data before maxing the resistance meter.
