Entire campaign is playable offline. Features that rely on Drivatars (Such as Drivatar Lineup) will use gamertags of the developers when you are offline. Race blueprints can be created offline but bucket list blueprints cannot.
Encountered 6 crashes during the playthrough, all happening when attempting to expand a festival site, but they all worked properly after a restart
