Didn't encounter anything that prevented progressing or finishing offline content.

It is worth noting the base game is only three stages long with a free dlc update that was added after this came out marked as "DLC Expansion" and isn't listed or advertised on the original release so technically the base game is fine. However the DLC added roughly 10 hours vs the 20 minutes of the base game.
The later copy that has the DLC on the cover still requires it to be download as well.
