Comments:

The Asian release of Ghostrunner has a completely different built compared to the American build of the game, even though the USA version released several months after the Asian release.
The cartridge shows version 1.0 on the switch menu screen. Build seems more like the 1.1 version of the game, although there aren’t any patch notes for a 1.1 version to confirm. But comparing it to the 1.0 USA release and the 1.2 patch notes suggests this Asian release is something in between.

Both games (USA and CHT) were played on version 1.0. to compare the two.

CHT version is less choppier than the USA version on the initial cutscene.
Cutscene lasts longer on the Asian build than the US build.

Additionally, the Asian version has brighter lighting.
The biggest difference is that there is a gore effect option that can be turned on (it is off in the menu and must be manually turned on). This gore effect doesn’t exist on the USA Cartridge.
The Asian version also seems to run a little smoother than the USA version. Even though it isn’t a huge performance boost, it is somewhat noticeable between the two.

Finished the CHT version of the game 100% on the version on cart (ver 1.0). This includes the main game, finished 17 levels, found all swords, all collectible items, and audio logs.
During the entire game, it was relatively stable except for the following parts:

On level 12 we fell through the floor. It did not happen again after resetting the level we weren't able to replicate the issue.

Level 14 has a pretty nasty frame rate issue. There is a specific part of the level where the frame rates dip super low, estimated around 10fps. Thankfully, it only happened in one room and the rest of the level was mostly fine.

Level 15 has a nasty bug that might appear as game-breaking at first glance. In a later part of level 15 where you have to make a sequence of parkour stunts from one wall to another (left to right), for some reason, when clicking the jump button, the character refused to jump. Instead, the game screen would just shake. It took hundreds of attempts but we were able to make it past this portion of the level without jumping.
After several attempts when reloading the level after our playthrough we still couldn't reproduce the bug, though.

(Only tested the first and second level of the USA version to compare the differences between the two.)
