The amount of stuff you have access to in offline mode is a little more than a demo. The vast majority of content in the game is locked behind an online requirement. In offline mode you have access to 13 cars and 4 Tracks in the World Circuts mode which gives you access to Single Race, Time Trial, and Drift Trial modes. Music Rally mode is also playable in offline mode. You can not save any game progress in offline mode. That means any settings you change and any trophies you earn in Music Rally mode will be completely wiped after you close the game, you also have to play the tutorial (And also rewatch the unskippable 8-minuite intro movie if you install the patch) every time you restart the game if you didn't do it while in online mode. The 1.00 version of the game is also missing 3 out of 6 Music Rally songs. If you play in online mode and then go into offline mode you can race on any tracks you have unlocked in online mode however you CANNOT use any cars you purchased from online mode.
