Tested by DoesItPlay on Xbox Series X
Also tested on:
-Version 1.0.3.0 on disc in the console menu (shows up as Version 2.0.7 in-game). The patched version is 1.0.4.0, so only a minor patch is missing at the time of testing (October 2024). In-game version still shows up as 2.0.7 even after being updated.
-Both Xbox Series X and Xbox One versions on the disc.
-Languages on disc: English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Polish, Russian, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Korean.
-Accessibility settings: follow camera, combat camera assist, attack camera assist, UI scaling, automatically lock on, automatically sprint, adjustable subtitle size & background opacity, toggle aim, toggle held ability input automatically, automatically focus aimed bow, hold input to skip cutscene, adjustable camera sensitivity, invert X axis, invert Y axis, fully customizable controls.
-Graphics settings: Fidelity, Performance. Played almost exclusively in Fidelity mode.
• Digital Deluxe DLC content is all on the disc and is installed as a separate DLC pack from the main game.
• Anniversary update, with all the content included, among which the New Game+ mode, is on the disc.
• Did a very thorough run in which the tester aimed to get as many collectibles as possible, explore everything, run and jump through all corners etc. The vast majority of all collectibles and side objectives were completed.
• Out of the entirety of the game world, only two instances of texture collision were detected, including one with a bench in a corner.
• Encountered an instance of a ledge activated with a Spirit Bomb keeping the playable character stuck for a few seconds if thrown when the player is directly underneath it.
• Encountered a single instance of AI getting stuck in the environment.
• During the Vine Knight boss fight, the boss was able to pull the player with its special attack through some rocks, resulting in the player getting stuck for a few brief seconds.
• Found a very specific spot in which the player can get momentarily stuck during the Stone Guardian boss fight.
• During the Corrupt Woodsmith boss fight, encountered a single instance of the playable character getting momentarily stuck in a spot for a few seconds.
• Once, during the Warrior boss fight, the boss can get stuck for a few seconds on top of a stump after a dash attack.
• Encountered an extremely rare progression bug in which, after the Warrior boss fight, the tester exited the game while it was still saving, and the relic was unobtainable after reloading. The game was stuck in an in-between state where the boss had been defeated, but the effects of this events on the game world could not be seen. Should this happen, reload the game to the auto-save before the boss fight.
Overall an excellent disc build, with all the post-launch content on it.
