Sometimes during codec calls or randomly during gameplay a beep sound will play for a second instead of the intended audio.
Some fps drops near the elevator before the Sniper Wolf battle.
Game slows down to about half speed and stays at that speed if you insert disc 2 after being prompted by the game to do so unless you reset or initially boot the game with disc 2.
The FMV cutscenes that play before the last boss fight have flickering black lines near the top right corner.
None of these issues exist when played on PS1 hardware.
