Version 1.0.0.2 (the final patch) is on the disc.
The Whistleblower DLC shows up as a separate install initially but is then listed as an add-on in the game files. Both the main game and the DLC play really well, no gameplay issues at all.
Some very minor aliasing and shimmering observable in some areas (for example, some puddles of water in dark areas when looked at through the camera's night vision).
