All Starter Pack content, including the Void Storm story mode, is on a download code and not included on disc. The disc only contains the base free to play version of the game, offering a significantly more limited amount of objects and assets compared to the starter pack.

This game is mostly focused on making and sharing content with the community (Very similar to Dreams on PlayStation), so offline content is rather limited.

The closest thing to a traditional game available in the disc build is the Crossroads mode, which essentially guides you through creating a full action game, allowing you to choose between different options that shape the story or side quests, however some options require the Starter Pack DLC to use.

The traditional game creator can also be used while offline, however your selection of assets is also quite limited without the Starter Pack DLC.

Online services have been discontinued at the time of testing meaning it is no longer possible to play other people’s creations, but it is still possible to create games offline, as well as claim the Starter Pack DLC.

Issues encountered:
- Animations in Crossroads have a tendency to stutter pretty frequently in the disc build
- Many HUD formatting errors were spotted, though many errors are also spotted even with the latest update.
- In Crossroads, the terrain that gets generated can sometimes be too complex and can eat up your available resources, making it impossible to spawn in some of the side content.
