Completed the game and unlocked all the achievements.
Tester had one crash during the entire play-through (~8 hours). In a specific case where they finished a fight exactly at the same moment as a timer expired character death, the game just transitioned to a black screen and just stopped working. The game autosaves pretty often so tester just closed it, reopened, and was back at the beginning of the fight, no "real" progress loss.
