Text languages: English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Italian all fully on disc. Japanese is only partially supported; game shows character dialog and other minor text in Japanese, but most UI defaults to English when Japanese is selected.

Arcade with all main stages, Cadet School with all 60 stages, score attack, timed challenge, endless, and tutorial modes all available offline on disc.
All six difficulties and all nine ships are also available.
Offline leaderboards are fully supported. There are no hiccups or glitches when attempting to access online leaderboards while offline; simply an appropriate “Download failed” prompt appears on screen.

Music player, screen filters & borders, Ultimate challenge, and other optional unlockables available through different completions and rank milestones.
Certain secrets in Arcade mode are also on disc.

The game plays flawlessly. There was only one bug encountered when playing through the different modes:

- The game automatically unpauses when the Xbox controller turns off or disconnects, so leaving the game on idle prolongedly while paused is dangerous because 1) it can unpause while you’re away and the controller turns off or 2) if you move too far away from your console with controller in hand and it disconnects. One way to bypass this issue is by pausing the game and entering the options menu. While in the options menu, the game will not unpause even if controller is turned off or disconnected.

Overall excellent build on disc for an excellent shmup.
