Technically playable offline but Single Player content is pretty sparce. There are 5 short scripted missions which act as tutorials for the vehicles, a very limited versus mode which has you kill AI enemies (Or other players if you play split-screen) and collect their tokens to score points on 4 small maps, and a survival mode which also only has 4 maps. The patches do add more survival maps and a few more AI bot modes.
