-Accessibility settings: Hold to complete button mash, disable QTE timeout, subtitle background, subtitle colors, toggle sidebar
-Frequent texture pop-in observed throughout the game.
-Very rare instances of janky or glitchy animations.
-One untextured object observed.
-Two or three instances of texture clipping.
-One cutscene had an issue of voices sounding lower than ambiental sounds.
-One instance of a ghost that briefly appears during a jumpscare remaining after the end of an animation and looking at the playable character, resulting in an unintended spooky effect.
-In the Relationships tab, in the section between Alex and Julia, the same choice is mentioned twice.
-The "Keep calm" sequences in the latter part of the game are very difficult in the disc version, making some outcomes, collectibles, and achievements very hard to get. However, all of the playable characters can survive irrespective of these QTEs, so they do not impact the story meaningfully.
-Secrets do not update with new text as new ones are discovered, as compared to the patched version, where discovering new linked secrets adds new context to the old ones.
-Curator's Cut not included on the disc version, so some collectibles and achievements are impossible to get.
-In the disc version, the credits cover up more of the screen during the Curator's epilogue than in the patched version.
All attempted achievements unlocked properly after going online.
