- Experienced a number of graphical issues when first starting the game, reinstall fixes some of them.
- Occasional bug where we couldn't navigate the computer, closing the computer and opening fixes this.
- Experienced a bug twice where the gurney wouldn't pick-up bodies from cold storage. Quitting and continuing the run fixes this.
- Later playthroughs wouldn't let us skip credits even after reinstall.
- When viewing bodies from one shoulder you can mark down things on the opposite shoulder and it will appear on the same shoulder in the clipboard.
- One of the demon letters was floating in the air by the wall where it spawned.
- Watched Raymond walk through embalming machine during a cutscene.
