Completed the game 100% with only two separate notable issues.

First, the playable character became unresponsive and stopped moving on three separate occasions. A soft reset to the main menu, then clicking continue to resume gameplay fixed this issue.

Second, you gain new spells and reagents consistently in your grimoire as you progress through the game. As they are added the crafting process gets slower and slower to the point that once you're at the end of the game there's a 10 second delay between crafting needed spells/reagents. This slows gameplay down, but other than being a bit annoying doesn't affect anything.

Other than this, there are no game breaking issues, no notable frame rate drops or anything else worth noting.
